SCHEDULE UPDATE: Plumbers, HVAC, electricians, and sprinkler contractors passed state fire and city inspection in Area C, level 2. Ready for insulation. Electricians continue to make up panels. Drywallers have completed taping and finishing Area C level 3; also completed soffits in Area B level 1 and 2. Unit trim to start level 3 Area C 7/24. Paint primer is in progress in Area C level 3. Brick masons continue installing brick on the entire building; approximately 80% complete. Storefront doors and windows are installed. Siding has started with soffit and fascia installation. Balcony decking is complete.

PROGRESS NOTES BY TRADE:
- Plumbers: Completed rough-in Area C.
- HVAC: Completed rough-in Area C.
- Electrical: Continue rough-in Area C level 1.
- Sprinkler: Rough-in soffits throughout.
- Masonry: Brick install at ground level over 90% of the building, including starting on level 2 balconies, approaching 80% complete.
- Access Control: Rough-in complete.
- Drywall: Tape and finish level 3 area C complete; install hat channel and RC channel levels 1 and 2 area C. Soffit drywall install started.
- Low Voltage: Rough-in for speakers and cameras complete.
- Cabinets: Area A levels 2 and 3 install complete.
