Week of 05/29/2026
SCHEDULE UPDATE: Plumbers, HVAC, Electricians and Sprinkler contractors continue to rough in Area C. All to start MEP inspections next week. Kitchen area hood ducting and gas lines have been installed, and testing is ready for inspection early next week. MDP and electrical gear have been delivered to the project and are ready to install. Drywall finishing continues on levels 2 and 3 of Areas A and B. Drywall hanging started on level 1 Area A, and pre rock continued at showers and corridor ceilings in Area C. Paint primer in Area A level 3 is scheduled to start 5/29. South side of the project’s drive lanes and parking area had binder installed.

PROGRESS NOTES BY TRADE:
- Plumbers: Rough in installation in Area C and gas lines installed.
- HVAC: Rough in installation Area C. Prep for inspection.
- Electricians: Rough in installation Area C. Prep for inspection.
- Sprinkler: Rough in installation Area C. Prep for inspection.
- Drywall: Hanging and finishing continues in Areas A and B. Pre rock Area C.
- Paving: South side binder installation.
