HIGHLIGHTED WORK THIS WEEK
- Soffit framing is complete and inspected in Area 1C; drywall and finishing will be complete Friday, and painting begins Saturday.
- Permanent power is being connected this week; Hardie board at the front elevation is complete, and storefront doors and windows are installed.
WORK ACTIVITIES BY SITE AREA
SITEWORK / EXTERIOR
- Brick installation continues this week, and brick cleaning has begun; cleaning will finish one week after masonry installation is complete. Hardie board at the front elevation is complete, with the remaining installation scheduled to finish by the end of September.
- Storefront doors and windows are installed, and PTAC and VTAC units are being installed. Site lighting foundations have begun and will be complete this week, with pole installation planned for the following week. Final grading at the front of the building is ongoing.
AREA A
- Plumbers are installing toilets and faucets on Levels 2 and 3, and cabinet installs continue this week.
- Electricians are connecting permanent power this week. Access control rough-in is complete, and the low voltage rough-in for speakers and cameras is complete.
AREAS B / C
- Area B: plumbers are installing toilets and faucets on Levels 2 and 3.
- Area C: soffit framing is complete and inspected in Area 1C, and the sprinkler soffit rough-in is complete. Drywall tape and finish on Level 1 wraps up this week, with drywall and finishing complete Friday and painting beginning Saturday. Vinyl plank flooring installation continues, and ceramic flooring has started and will be complete next week.
WEATHER
- No weather delays were reported this week; all trades made good progress.
