HIGHLIGHTED WORK THIS WEEK
- Elevator installation continued this week, along with kitchen equipment and installation of the rooftop HVAC unit.
- Balcony rails remain in fabrication and are scheduled for installation on October 26.
WORK ACTIVITIES BY SITE AREA
SITEWORK / EXTERIOR
- Site light pole installation continued.
- The siding crew continued installing Hardie board material.
BUILDING INTERIOR
- Final painting, trim and hardware, vinyl plank flooring, and ceramic tile installation all continued this week. Carpet installation continued in the Floor 2 units of Phase A, and countertop setting continued on Floors 1–3 in Phases A & B. Drywall crews continued finishes and touch-ups in Phase A. Final painting will continue next week.
- Plumbing finishes continued in Phases A and B, and electrical finishes continued in the common areas. HVAC crews continued finishes and installation of rooftop units, PTACs, and VTACs.
