Schedule Update: Metal framing is working on 2nd floor wall installation continuing area C, with 3rd floor joist continuing as well in area C as well. Wood framing continues to work on 2nd floor walls in area C and start 2nd floor walls Area B. Concrete sub is continuing with curb and gutter installation in front of building on both sides of the Porto cochere.Ā Steel sub completed the installation of the steel hangers for the wood farmers and continued installation for metal framing to continue at structural steel supports.

PROGRESS NOTES BY TRADE:Ā Ā
- Sitework: Grading for Curb and Gutter and road base installation.
- Concrete: Installing curb and gutter at section C and B.
- Metal Framing: Continued installing walls on 2nd floor of Area B and continuing floor joists on 3rd floor of Area C.
- Wood Framing: Continued installing walls on 2nd floor of Area A and starting walls on 2nd floor of area B
- Paving: Prepping for graded aggregate base.
- Steel: Continuing to install steel hangers at structural steel Area C.
