SCHEDULE UPDATE: A productive week on site highlighted by a major milestone — parking lot stabilization is officially underway! The site team is pushing hard to advance the parking lot construction, with a clear focus on moving this scope forward as efficiently as possible. Meanwhile, MEP trades have moved into the single-story side while continuing to button up remaining work in the 2-story building. Siding continues to advance, and the crew is positioning to ramp up to full production shortly.

PROGRESS NOTES BY TRADE:

1. Masonry – Off site.
2. Concrete – Stoop and sidewalk placement next week.
3. HVAC – Actively working in 700 and 200 Wings; obtaining inspections in 700.
4. Electrical – Obtained rough inspections in both 500 & 600 Wing apartments.
5. Plumbing – Working in 500/700 Wings. Obtaining inspections in 700 Wing.
6. Site Utility/Grading – Wrapped up parking lot grading for phase 1 of stabilization. Started courtyard storm sewer.
7. Paving – Phase 1 parking lot stabilization.
8. Framing – UDA punch items.
9. Roofing – Off site this week.
10. Siding – Continued soffit, fascia, and window trim on 2-story.
11. Insulation – SNF wing batt insulation under attic platforms.
12. Drywall – Off site this week.
