HIGHLIGHTED WORK THIS WEEK

• The final parking lot curbs are complete, and the remaining binder paving is scheduled for next week. The masonry crew returned to the site and is making strong progress on the stone veneer on the SNF side.
• IL cabinet staging is underway, with installation scheduled for next week. Insulation returns Monday for a full production push in the AL Wings, with drywall to follow immediately after.

WORK ACTIVITIES BY SITE AREA

SITEWORK & PAVING

• The site utility and grading crew continues grading and topsoil re-spread ahead of the landscapers, who are scheduled to mobilize next week.
• The concrete crew is wrapping up the courtyards and forming the dumpster pad. The final parking lot curbs are complete, and the remaining binder paving is scheduled for next week.

MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING

• HVAC crews active in the Core.
• Electrical and plumbing rough-ins continuing in the 100 Wing; plumbing is complete in the 400 Wing. MEP trades continue rough-ins in the remaining SNF wings.

CONCRETE, FRAMING & EXTERIOR

• The masonry crew returned and is working on the stone veneer on the SNF side. The siding crew is continuing production siding on both the two-story and single-story portions of the building. The framing crew is working on porch soffit framing; roofing was off-site this week.
• Drywall crews are continuing bathroom ceiling pre-rock in the remaining SNF wings. The insulation crew returns Monday for the AL Wings, with drywall to follow. Painting was off-site this week.

DELAYS

• Weather: No weather delays reported this week.
• Site Plumbing Permit: Washtenaw County required a plumbing permit for storm sewer around the building in addition to the site disturbance; atypical for this scope of work. The permit has been issued. Delay days to date: 6
• OMTS Phone/Data: The Washtenaw County permit has been obtained. Claimable delay days to date: 18
• OMTS Inspection Delay: The Washtenaw County inspection process requires each inspector to sign the card on the window which is in each room of the 500 & 600 Wings. The LV inspector did not sign all the cards, and OMTS could not get the inspection until DMK called on their behalf. This inspection issue delayed the insulation and drywall process from continuing in the 500 & 600 Wings. Claimable delay days: 15
