SCHEDULE UPDATE: While the pace has naturally shifted as production wraps up, the team stayed productive and kept things moving this week! The BFS inspection was completed, and any punch items identified are already being actively addressed. Room readiness and punch closeout efforts continue to grind forward as well. On the mechanical side, all HVAC items flagged by the AHJ in the final inspection have been resolved — the team is now simply waiting on the inspector to return for formal sign-off. Once that final clears, the C of O is within reach.
PROJECTED CO: Work available is scheduled to be completed in July. This date excludes BFS-driven changes and out-of-sequence work that has been held out pending final approved plans.
