SCHEDULE UPDATE: A busy and milestone-filled week for the Phase 2 trades! Slab saw cutting and removal wrapped up, and the plumbing crew is set to complete their rough-ins by week’s end — a major step forward for the underground scope. Framing reached completion as well, and drywall patching continues to advance in available areas. Rounding out an impressive week, the electrical crew mobilized and hit the ground running on their rough-ins, already making strong progress.

PROGRESS NOTES BY TRADE:
- Electrical – Mobilized and working on apartment rough’s.
- Plumbing – Underground plumbing and in-wall rough’s. Inspection by EOW.
- Fire Suppression – Off site this week.
- Low Voltage (Network Fire) – Nurse Call rough’s & Fire Alarm rough’s
- Low Voltage (360 Network) – N/A
- Insulation – N/A
- Drywall – Drywall repairs where available.
- Paint – Off site this week.
