SCHEDULE UPDATE: A measured week on site, but with noticeable and meaningful progress! The painter kicked off corridor painting, bringing a fresh, finished look to those high-visibility spaces. The electrical crew continues to button up common area light fixtures, with the building’s interior coming together more visibly by the day. Epoxy flooring hit a brief delay due to a material backorder, but the team is prepped and ready to hit the ground running as soon as materials are in hand next week.

PROGRESS NOTES BY TRADE:
- Electrical – Miscellaneous common area lighting.
- Plumbing – Off site until finishes.
- Fire Suppression – Off site.
- Low Voltage (Network Fire) – Nurse call and fire alarm rough’s.
- Low Voltage (360 Network) – Off site.
- Insulation – N/A
- Drywall – Common area patching/finishing. Egress hall framing/drywall.
- Paint – Corridor painting and 400 Wing phase 1 door hold open patches.
- Finish Carpentry – Kitchen cabinet installation ongoing.
- Flooring – Bathroom floor prep in apartments completed.
- Paving – Complete.
- Concrete – Complete.
